We wouldn’t open our front door to just anybody, and we don’t expect you to either. So we are pretty fussy when it comes to our team.

Here are the ones who made the cut!

  • John Cham


    John graduated from Curtin University but has also lived in Malaysia and America. He has an extensive background in improving the quality of life for people who are homebound. He is experienced in helping patients who have suffered from debilitating accidents, traumatic surgery, and those diagnosed with neurological disorders. John is passionate about providing therapy and services for seniors. He specialises in hydrotherapy helping clients with arthritis, obesity, balance and mobility issues. John speaks Malay (and three dialects of Chinese!) and is also a keen golfer.

  • Matt Allen


    Matt graduated with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Notre Dame, after 15 years working in the fitness industry. He is passionate about enabling people regain mobility following an injury or surgery. He has extensive experience in fitness and conditioning, helping people become fitter and stronger for life, including preparing an adventurer to row the Atlantic. In his spare time, Matt likes to stay active by paddle-boarding, cycling and running, so he can keep up with his two kids.

  • Yan Pin Lim

    Yan Pin

    Yan Pin graduated with a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy with Honours from Curtin University, and later completed a Graduate Diploma in Neuro-rehabilitation from the University of Western Australia. She has a background in orthopaedics, musculoskeletal and hand therapy and she also has specialist experience in neurological rehabilitation. Yan Pin has taken on an advisory role in her field, mentoring new students and graduates. Yan Pin likes to jog, hike and eat – but not when she is working!

  • Alana Power


    Alana graduated with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University College Dublin in Ireland. She has an extensive background in working with elderly patients recovering from major fractures and stroke, and she is experienced in managing chronic pain. Alana also has a special interest in working with patients living with chronic neurological conditions and has also been involved with patients receiving palliative care. Patients appreciate Alana’s empathetic manner. In Alana’s spare time you’ll find her surfing for fun or training for surf lifesaving.

  • Kate Fosdike


    Kate is passionate about caring for patients with Continence and Women's Health issues. After many years of experience in clinics in Perth and the UK, Kate graduated with a Postgraduate Certificate in Continence and Women’s Health Physiotherapy from Curtin University. Having two young children herself, Kate understands pregnancy, birth and motherhood. She has experience in treating many conditions, including pelvic floor and bladder issues, prolapse, vulvodynia, post-surgical rehabilitation, mastitis, and cracked nipples. She also enjoys helping women remain active and informed during and after pregnancy.

  • Valerie Lorenz


    Valerie completed her Master of Clinical Physiotherapy at Curtin University, majoring in Continence and Women's Health. She is experienced in treating many conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel problems, prolapse, vulvodynia and vaginismus, pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions, mastitis, blocked milk ducts, and cracked nipples. She also treats general musculoskeletal conditions and has a keen interest in Clinical Pilates. She is a strong advocate for self-management, and uses progressive exercise-based rehabilitation to address underlying issues. Her personal interests include keeping physically active and engaging in creative pursuits.

  • Jeremy Ong


    Jeremy graduated from Curtin University and moved to Victoria to work in rehabilitation hospitals, treating orthopaedic patients and those living with chronic pain. He also worked in Aged Care facilities as a Service Manager, before returning to Perth. Jeremy’s passion is to bridge the gap from hospital to home, through community intervention. His primary areas of focus are post-surgical recovery, vestibular rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys following Formula 1 and the NBA, playing basketball, soccer and golf, and going for morning walks with his dog.
